The coast is beautiful out here, Teens - I could just sit on the beach and do nothing but look out on the water, for hours. I love the ocean - it gives me energy and peace.

Have a great Labor Day Weekend. I plan on smoking a briskit in the old smoker along with a cold Shiner Bock. Nothing like a good three day weekend.
It’s a shame I’m not still in Texas - I’d have to come by for some of that brisket, if I were. Enjoy your weekend too.

I started it out grillin’ some Angus burgers and Hebrew Nationals. Then out for a cruise in the Vette. Tomorrow, who knows. Oh, I did get some inspiration to write a poem and put together a couple of pictures for the blog. Hope your’s is going well.
